1. How much is delivery?

Delivery rates are set by sellers and depend on the destination. Typical ranges: Europe €4.90–€9.90, Latin America $5.90–$11.90, Rest of World $6.90–$12.90.

On average 10–15 business days. Customs or local postal delays may extend this timeframe.

Orders are shipped with economy delivery and do not include tracking numbers. You will receive confirmation of dispatch by email and in your personal account.

Payments are processed securely through licensed international providers. Local and international payment methods are accepted.

Log in to your account, select the order, and click “Request Return/Refund.” Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement. File a return request in your account; our support team will help if the seller does not respond.


FAQ for Sellers


1. How do I register as a seller?

It’s simple — sign up with your email, complete a short form, and upload your ID and address for basic KYC verification.

You can list affordable décor, accessories, gifts and similar low-risk items. Electronics, cosmetics, food, medical products and all prohibited goods are not allowed.

Log in to your seller account, click “Add Product,” and fill in the name, description, price and photos. Each product must be listed individually.

You do. Sellers are responsible for shipping their products and choosing delivery fees. Customers see the cost upfront before placing an order.

Payments are released after the customer confirms delivery or after the delivery timeframe has passed. Your commission is deducted automatically.

If the order is damaged, not delivered, or not as described, you’re responsible for refunding the buyer. Refunds are processed through the platform to keep it simple and transparent.
